Our last 2 requests have not been honoured, when we rang to enquire we were told that the cab was on its way and only minutes away, and on further enquiry when asking for an update was given a lecture on how not to speak to the operator before the phone was put down. I have left a message that I would like the owner to ring back to discuss these issues before the customer base is completely lost, particularly in today's Uber climate which I used last night and the previous night with complete predictability and satisfaction, but no one has returned my call. Unreliable to non-existent service, unaccountable and downright rude. It is difficult to see how this service will survive.

I think this is a really good feature, it gives extra peace of mind that you're getting into a real taxi! They've always arrived really quickly, even on new year's eve. Prices are good too. Sometimes they ask you what you normally pay so they can match/beat other quotes.

They are very reliable and always there on time when you book a taxi. They very rarely keep you waiting for longer than 5 minutes except at really busy times like christmas. The staff are nice and polite and friendly and always are ready to help a hand with your shopping bags. A lot of the staff are actually local lads so it is easier for them and you get to know them and become like friends. They are based on busy thornton road near to fairweather green firestation so they are very central to a lot of areas. very reliable.

Leeds City Bus Station is a rather large bus station with over 30 stands, around the back of John…read moreLewis in the city centre, while it isn't the most modern of stations, it still remains pleasant with a unique roof and some shops/seating. It does also include a National Express area, for more long distance coach services to cities such as London. Most of the bus services from the station are served by First West Yorkshire, however, some are provided by Arriva, Stagecoach and Harrogate Bus Company. I don't like the idea of buses reversing out of the bus station, which seems to be the case here. I do like the screens above the individual stands to show the time of the buses, but it would be nice to see more information such as where each individual bus serves (the main towns/areas), as I did have to use Google Maps to accompany the information provided, this, of course, isn't a resource everyone would have. 3*

Leeds is pretty well covered on the main buse routes and West Yorkshire Metro are the main suppliers. Now we all grumble about the service and standard in this country but I have to say Metro aren't half bad. What I will rave about is the free city centre buses, excellent. Metro's freecitybus links Leeds' rail and bus stations, business and shopping districts, the General Infirmary, Universities and Park Lane College. Not half bad Jack, especially as they run every few minutes from 6.30am till 7.30pm. You'll also find plenty of buses taking you to the outskirts of the city. Particularly handy if you want to venture to the football at Elland Road or the rugby and cricket at Headingley. They aren't perfect, but hell what is these days. However, after a day hitting the shops or getting home from work you really can't slam the service they provide.

The driver was really helpful and put my buggy in the boots for me while I put the baby seat into the taxi. THIS IS THE WORST AIRPORT IVE EVER BEEN TO. Employees showed up 30 mins late to start baggage check…read morein and then laughed and moved extremely slow through check in causing a large line. The security checkpoint was also largely backed up. The gate for our flight was not presented on a screen until 20 mins before our flight. There was not a single place to sit in the entire airport, it was so crowded it was even hard to walk. I would recommend avoiding flying out of this airport if possible.
