She answered all of my questions without rushing me and explained everything so clearly over the phone. Even though they didn't have a room available at that moment, she still took the time to accommodate me by scheduling me at a different location within the same Plush Derma clinic network. I've worked with handling money over 10 years and have never had to make any customer go through this uncomfortable cringy process. Touching a bill is almost more than enough.
