They placed a concrete piler on top of our sewer line, We had to pay to have the sewer line relocated. Their air conditioner guy retired we had to pay to have the central air installed. The water heater was leaking, we had to pay to replace it. They never came out to paint or treat the skirting like we were told it would be.
