Here are the issues I encountered. I ordered a 20x30 dock box and was disappointed for the following reasons: 1) all the web images for the tool box I ordered had pull handles but the box I received did not. 2) The lid has a gas operated lift arm that was too short to fully open the lid. 3) The shipping cost was more than the original order and additional cost was added after the sale with my approval. 4) The box top opening was nearly 2 inches smaller than the box dimensions for lid overlap. 5) the key is difficult to remove when locked. My issues are mostly in ordering details that should be enhanced on the web sites.

The purchase was made with my **personal funds**, and now I am still waiting for my refund. The most frustrating part was the attitude during the return process--it felt like I was inconveniencing them, even though the item did not match the assurance I was given. If you're placing a special order here, make sure you get the return policy and compatibility guarantees **in writing**. Clear communication and timely refunds should be standard. Karah, the sales girl who promptly greeted us, was knowledgeable, helpful and offered us additional catalogs to browse. (She even sent us home with several.) I loved all of the cabinet and door hardware they have! There was everything from lizard handles to whimsical fiddlehead ferns. I could have browsed them all afternoon! While their selection [of most everything] is lovely and mostly on the more unique side, it is all quite pricey and likely outside of our rather small reno budget. But go and check this place out! He expertly explained the differences between the gas and electric models of the equipment she was interested in, and found a good deal on one of the products that was on sale. We also got an extra battery for one of the tools as a promotional deal that we weren't aware of. We purchased all of her new toys... er.. uh... "tools," and Adam assisted in registering them for warranty. This is a great hardware store, and they have lots of products. Chances are they have exactly what you need! There were two employees that I saw, both were at the register talking to a man. I wandered around for quite a while looking at several items I was interested in, but neither of the employees ever attempted to help at all. May have been because I was a lady by myself??? I left disappointed, I really wanted some prices on some things and to be directed to the area with the wooden signs.
