If you go to Plato's expect them not to abide by their own policy of purchase. I came in here with…read morelisted brands, "in season and trendy", which they turned down. I also tried to sell back some items i had purchased there, had never worn, in great shape, and they would not buy them back. When confronting the staff, nobody would own up to who went through my items. I highlighted to them that they rejected things on their own list, girl stated "she was not going to stand here and argue with me on every item". She also agreed with me when i said it is basically up to whoever the clerk's style is that goes through my bag. This pretty much sums up that this location of Plato's is condescending, rude, and discriminatory, even against their own policies. If you go here, do not attempt to sell items because you will have wasted your time by finding out it's not trendy, or they will just not take it because of whatever mood they're in that day, or based on the clerks sense of fashion, or what they think would look good on their shelves. NOTE: i had high end brands such as judy blue, democracy, American eagle, coach, gap, etc. I have even had Tennessee volunteer gear get turned down 3 weeks prior to football season.

We have purchased a sofa, two chairs, side table, and two lamps from this store. The quality and pricing are amazing!! We couldn't be happier with our purchases and have received many compliments. This place offers discount furniture, appliances & other Things. It reads on their sign 30-50%…read moreoff.. Most are the lesser off 20-30% but google search cause most the time you can find the same items on sale without the damage that is on a lot of their items. They now charge a "set up fee" for items which to me is ridiculous because it's done mostly by the workers on the clock during their shifts. Add that on to the "savings" and the deals aren't as great as you think. Don't get me wrong I've managed to get a deal or two but most the time I walk out empty handed. For the most part the employees are helpful & friendly especially the women. The owner is a great guy. The manager is hit or miss depending on what kind of mood he is in. Sometimes he'll talk with you and others he doesn't wanna be bothered. I really do hope they do well here but to me they are a bit still over priced. Hold on to your receipt to make sure items work as well. I've ran into that a couple times. I think my biggest complaint is just stores that nickel & dime people to death. Like the "fee" for putting items together, as well as you get charged extra for paying with a card. I realize card fees are on the rise but I'd rather the fee be included in a price so it doesn't look like greed. Cards is a big part of our world!! Many places take them and only few charge for them extra. Again if you are looking for something just drop in . Their items change daily so you never know what they will have.
