Now I understand that there is now a shipping issue which originally started as a back order. I have a problem that the sales people at the local level have no further explanation as to what the shipping issue is exactly, because the hierarchy has not given them any information as to what the specific problem is. My delivery date was originally late September to early October and it is just now mid September and yet they already know in advance that it's gonna be more like November? My issue is how do you know it's going to be that late in November yet have no other explanation than" it's a shipping issue." So is has me wondering and asking, Is it a shipping issue? Is it that they can't keep up with the orders? According to the sales person that I spoke with they said they're still able to put in orders! I am thinking wait what? so my question is why are they even continuing to order items from this company when they can't even get orders that people are already currently waiting to receive? Back order on popular nice looking furniture is one thing But continuing to place orders with back orders in place now on further delay because of some shipping delay of unknown cause? This is not reassuring. And let me just add that we also are making payments on the furniture that we do not have! Now to be fair, I will say we were told we would likely start payments before we received or furniture but this was in August and we were looking at the order being out a month to six weeks out due to back order, not shipping issues!. So we didn't have an understanding that it's they'll be delivered pretty much whenever we get it. Now while I'm speaking for myself, I also do not think that it is right to keep taking orders for this specific company that apparently is out of Vietnam, but again that information came from the guy that sold me my furniture. So my next question to the sales guy was, is the next call gonna be this company is no longer in business? That is when the sales person then followed up with, "no in fact we're still able to take a orders for the company." This is bad and there is no other couch like this one in particular that I am aware of so we are hoping all comes through. I just hope furniture row orders a warehouse full of this item in case there are issues with anything coming. that no one has to wait to receive a replacement! why run out of something if you realize it is a popular item! whoever does inventory needs a new job or whoever doesn't allow extra inventory because of budgets. This is a ludicrous circumstance!

I purchased the Goldilocks Bed in cherry in May 2018 with the expectation that it would be a long-lasting, high-quality piece of furniture. Unfortunately, the bed broke within the first six months. To their credit, the company did send a replacement part at that time. However, after placing the bed back into use this past year (after being in storage for 5 years), it has now broken twice again--on both sides where the hardware connects to the wood. At this point, the structural integrity of the bed is compromised and it's no longer usable. When I reached out for support, I was offered replacement parts for $650. I understand businesses have costs, but it's difficult to justify putting more money into a bed that has repeatedly failed in the same way. I also felt that the responsibility was shifted onto me (assembly, moving, etc.), rather than acknowledging a potential issue with durability. I originally bought this bed believing it would last for many years--something closer to heirloom quality. That has not been my experience. I've owned significantly less expensive beds that have held up far better over time. If you're considering this purchase, I would think carefully about long-term durability and what kind of support you can expect if something goes wrong.

We made them replace it but the second one was worse than the first. we loved the bed and wanted another of the same the lady at the broad st store said it was discontinued, and we would have to choose another bed from their inventory. we told them there was nothing else they had we wanted and to just refund our money. well this is where the lady became hostile, she said they would not refund our money at all. long story short I made them give me a full refund and will never ever step foot back in that store. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone anytime. absolutely horrible people.
