The pork was seasoned well, moist, and tender. The sides were ok. The mac and cheese was made with shells. It didn't taste like Velveeta so there was some homemadeness to it. The potato salad is different from the normal potato salad you find in Alabama. The potato salad was heavy on egg and no mustard at all. However, I hated the sweet tea. It tasted like it was made with a sugar substitute. Smokin' Bones got the most important part right. The BBQ was superb. I am thinking there are better sides though than what I chose and maybe it was just me about the tea.
