My wife and I own a summer place on LBI and are considering buying a boat over the next year. We got an ice cream at Dom's and as the sun was setting we strolled into Hagler's lot. A man and his dog were coming from the end of the lot and I attempted to make small talk and asked if he owned the marina and he said yes. I asked him if he had space available and he got very aggressive saying, lets get the point, what do you want?! My response was well nothing from you and we just walked away pretty disgusted at his sour attitude. I am writing this so others know what and who they may be dealing with. What a jerk. Safe to say, we will not be docking a boat there. read more
