He also ordered an appetizer of these rice paper dumplings filled with ground pork. The first thing I noticed was the smell of the broth when the pho came out. It was incredible! The broth was so flavorful and one of the best I've had in a very long time. Didn't need to add any extra sauces :) Lots of noodles and very tender meat. I appreciated they give you a ton of meat. The waitress told us that we could not have different menus (that was already an okay...) so we shared all three in ONE PLATE for each course. Pease see attached photos for the portion size.
