Along with their professionalism, they do excellent QUALITY work, including the cleanup, with efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail. I was blown away by the amazing service I received. We agreed to the terms on a Friday and 5 days later my roof job was started and completed in 1 day. He sent me a video of the decking after the old roof was torn off and another video showing the finished, new roof. From start to finish, Brian and Justin not only met our expectations, but far exceeded them on all counts. Their quality of workmanship, selection of high-grade materials, and attention to every detail far exceeded our expectations. Justin, who is also a highly skilled electrician himself, is a true craftsman with a focus on fine details (many of which that would not be visible) when installing our new cabinets, lighting, appliances, etc. He took the time to ensure that every thing was to our satisfaction every day and exceeded it....every day . After 3 attempts, it finally worked. I called B & L to diagnose why my electric bills were so high (unrelated to the hot water heater). Brian not only diagnosed the problem (a setting on my whole house generator), he also discovered the other company's "fix" was to disconnect my fire alarm and use that line for my hot water heater!
