Along with their professionalism, they do excellent QUALITY work, including the cleanup, with efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail. I was blown away by the amazing service I received. We agreed to the terms on a Friday and 5 days later my roof job was started and completed in 1 day. He sent me a video of the decking after the old roof was torn off and another video showing the finished, new roof. After 3 attempts, it finally worked. I called B & L to diagnose why my electric bills were so high (unrelated to the hot water heater). Brian not only diagnosed the problem (a setting on my whole house generator), he also discovered the other company's "fix" was to disconnect my fire alarm and use that line for my hot water heater! Brian fixed that quickly, and my home was again safe. They are my "go-to" company for anything electrical.
