The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. As soon as I described what I was seeing, he told me there was a crack in my screen without even looking at it. Then he opened it up and quickly found it and showed. me. I literally had NO IDEA there was a crack since I hadnt ever dropped my computer. The only conclusion I came up with is it had to have happened in my trunk while traveling. I left my computer with them for an hour to see if they can catch the issue happening and they did. When we got back they discussed my options and gave me some great advice on what to do. The pricing was reasonable and I will definitely go back to them anytime Im in town and need my computer looked at again.

They didn't return my calls until the credit card company threatened them. Then they said they would return my money, so the credit card company bowed out -- and then they once again stopped responding and didn't return the money despite what they said in their emails to me! I have just filed in Small Claims Court for a refund.
