They're professional and reasonably priced. They call and agree to meet me, and I don't end up waiting around all day for them to show up. They've always left the workspace they were in clean too. Above all they have never talked down to me. As a woman, it happens to me with car mechanics, contractors, and carpenters and it makes me crazy. Just because I'm not experienced in that field, doesn't make me stupid, and I never return to that business. These guys are great.

Blair from pioneer heating verbally assaulting me when I called and asked (who I thought was his…read moreguy) to not put construction waste in dumpster. This after the person throwing pipes into dumpster told me to hush when I politely asked him not to put waste in there.  I reported him to BBB and notified police after Blair the owner made me feel threatened and yelled swear words at me. This is outrageous!  Being sworn at while eating breakfast on my deck is beyond unprofessional. He told me he didn't want "This fucking contract" and "Doesn't need this f.ing contract" and added I should  "Go call Carol at Terra (the property management company) and good luck with that."  He threatened me and verbally berated me. I argued back ofcourse until he added a few choice words I won't repeat her. Then I decided to yelp and BBB his rude ass!
