Without warranted cause the owner threatened me stating he would get law enforcement involved without allowing me to rectify the issue. I told the owner that I gave them the check four months ago and have been looking for the charge since then. But the owner states he tried to cash it a month after I sent it and is just now realizing the issue. Even after I told him I could pay him now without issue he doubled down and insulted me. I was very happy with the work his employee did, and his employee even made it known that they were short on work so he appreciated the call. Now I will never use his business again because of his terrible customer service. He was not professional in any way and was very rude. Do not use this company if you want respectable people to help you. The information posted below by the owner is a lie because I had the work done in early December per my receipt. It's unbecoming of an owner to try to make his customer look bad for his own benefit.

I finally reached my cold tolerance and called for service; I called Wellman based off of other reviews I read online. I received prompt service, within an hour of calling, Pedro was at my house. He quickly found the problem, the valve that circulates the water from my baseboard heating was turned off. He also checked the thermostat to make sure it was wired correctly, and made sure my pump was running correctly (he did say if I neglected this for much longer, I could have burned out my pump). He was very thorough, and my heat started working immediately. I appreciate that he took the time to make sure I wouldn't have any other issues, and it was a very reasonably priced service call. Had I known it would be an easy and inexpensive fix I would have called months ago. Thank you so much!

The first issue that occurred was that Dave charged us for a part that is 20$ online but 98$ threw this company, didn't let us buy our own part and just charged us for it without letting us discuss and buy our own for WAYYY CHEAPER. Then come to find out AFTER he leaves and our heater is "fixed" ($300 later) it's broken and instead of coming back right away to fix it he let us wait until today and had us basically freeze all night. And when we called him back to let him know it was not working he gave us attitude and made it seem like it was the end of the world he had to come back and fix it; he made a snotty comment that said "well I am going to see if I have time and move some other things around, so I don't know when I'll be able to come back" (Which he didn't even fix, we're calling another company) And now there is another part in the heater that was working perfectly fine before Dave touched our heater but now it has been fried?? after Chamac "fixed" our heater, Dave claims the piece that "magically" fried is $350.
