I guess i didn't see @ salon because it was straightened, and i had to lift up a clump, and that's when i noticed my original color even, still there. Then upon dissecting it further, grey/grey/grey... wow, really sad. And i gave an exceptional tip- well, I have a tip now, small town salon = small town effort. I won't go back, not that they care. All the girls who work there are so nice and considerate and it feels like a spa. It smells fresh on the inside-- not like other places where the hairspray and dye burn your nostrils. It's very clean with earthy and feel good vibes. They will leave you satisfied and if you're not they do everything in their power to make sure you feel good! I usually just get my brows done there but I have gotten my hair cut and treated there.. they use all natural products so you never have to worry about potentially harmful ingredients on you. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a change and doesn't know where to go!!

To make matters worse, I let the owner know how awful the experience was and she too couldn't care less and told me it's not her problem because people rent chairs from her and that Jayden isn't an "employee". The girl was very nice that cut my hair but spent less than 10 minutes with me. The hostess acted as if she had better places to be. The place was clean & had plenty of seating. I got right in. The thing that upset me most, was I gave the girl a $5 tip for her less than 10 minutes of time & I noticed when I got home, they charged me an extra $10 on my worthless $20 haircut. $30! They did say I could come back if I wanted anything fixed, but I'm 50 miles away & I can cut it better myself. Save your money!
