This is not your typical hair care experience, so give her a chance and be patient to let her work her magic. Her little salon is quiet and cozy - not one of those loud salons with dozens of people coming and going- and she is respectful of your desired level of conversation. She is a very gentle attentive, kind person, and I enjoyed the small amount of conversation we did have. She's busy and it is kind of hard to get an appointment with her, but it is worth waiting.
