I decided that pain actually IS gain and decided to get my eyebrows cleaned up. The lady that serviced me proceeded to shape my brows. It was probably the most painful threading experience ever! Still, I just chalked that up to not going for a while. After she was done and I checked my brows, they seemed a tad sparse. She, seeing my disdain, suggested getting my brows tinted to fill them in. I'm not terribly picky and decided "Why not?". After 15 minutes she came back to wipe off the dye and called her co-worker over...... I sense that something isn't right and ask "what's wrong?" They both ignore my question. I then ask again a little more forcefully and they tell me to check my brows............... THEY WERE TERRIBLE!!!!! It LITERALLY looked like someone took two band aids, colored on them with a sharpie and slapped them above my eyes. At this point, I am furious....... I ask the lady how to get it off....... She then says "You don't like it?"......... I am proud of myself for not using expletives. At this point she tells me that I can go and buy some makeup removing soap to get it off ............ I asked her why SHE didn't have any on hand and she just apologizes. At this point, I'm trying not to cry why she and her co-worker are scrubbing my brows with oil and witch hazel so that I can at least leave the premises....... Then. She asks me how I'll be paying After she ruined my face and scrubbed my brows raw, I still ended up paying for the eyebrow threading. I shan't be returning

They've always been extremely rough with my face... So after the first time of getting my eyebrows threaded here... I asked to do waxing. (Because I had recently gotten my eyebrows waxed, for the first time, and they were super gentle! So I assumed it was a universal thing... to be gentle). But BOY was I wrong. The second time I was here, the lady had successfully talked me out of getting my eyebrows waxed, because she assured me that she would be extra gentle to my face. She did a decent job. I would go see her again, maybe. But THIS time, however, when I came in, the lady (in all grey) asked what service I would like, and when I said I would like my eyebrows waxed, she didn't say another word to me after motioning towards her chair... And the next thing I know... She completely TORE OFF the skin under my eyebrows. She was running her mouth the whole time, putting hot wax on my face and ripping it off without any noticeable care... It hurt so bad. But I didn't realize she was tearing off my skin until she put the alcohol on my face and it BURNEDDD!! It burned so bad tears swelled up in my eyes. But since I asked for waxing, I just assumed that maybe this was on me. Then she took to threading, because apparently she didn't wax my brows right all the way correctly, so she started threading my brows, and told me that she needed to fix a few areas... so what was I to do? Tell her no? So I had to sit there while she ALSO threaded me. Lmfao 10/10 worst experience ever! It wasn't till I woke up the next day... That I saw there were red gashes above my eyelids, (under my eyebrows,) where the bruises were healing, where she completely tore off my skin. And they hurt!!! Like touching them hurt!! I have had a full face wax before, and I have NEVER been mutilated!!! They kept dipping their wax with the same stick in the same wax pot that was being used for MULTIPLE clients!!!! The other "esthetician" kept rudely interrupting telling me the same as well, I felt so awful about myself and agreed, and that is where it horribly went wrong!! I kept telling the "esthetician" the wax was too hot, she said no it isn't, but it was literally dripping off the stick. I noticed she kept using the same stick and kept putting it into the same wax pot that was used for everyone else. I told her it is not hygienic and she told me I was crazy and did not know anything and to mind my own business. I was appalled!!! This is a place that also does bikini waxes!!! If they are comfortable to being that unhygienic with wax for your face, I can only imaging what they do with the wax used for bikini hair removal.
