I was a tad leary going to a new hairdresser then to find out it was a NEW-NEW hairdresser made me even more nervous but I figured it's hair, it'll grow back if I don't like it. Well, Kaylee did a GREAT job! It's definitely a great cut. With some years under her belt and some confidence, she will be a super star!!! The ONLY complaints I would have would be 1. It wasn't what I initially showed her but again, it's a great cut and I love it. 2. They don't dress professionally there. I'm used to salons where they wear all black, or aprons or something a bit more professional. But all in all I was so happy and will definitely go back to her! After I found it (it is a little hidden gem) I was very impressed with the entire salon from the welcoming staff at the front door to the tour and explanation of everything I might need. When I was introduced to Brittany, she put my nerves (new stylist/new salon) at ease very quickly. I had my hair cut today for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. This was my 1st visit to Werx, and for the…read more3rd time in 2 weeks I asked that my thick hair be shortened and blended on top to create volume. I left with the flattest haircut I've ever gotten. I was so disgusted when I got back home, I pulled out my scissors and cut off 2" in the front myself. I just made yet another appointment with a different hair salon for someone to create volume on top of my head. This time I won't leave until I get the haircut I keep asking for. Finding a good hair stylist in this town is like looking for needles in a haystack.
