I had to contact a friend to see if he could fix me from looking like Shemp Howard from the Three Stooges, which he did. Cost me an additional $17.00 on top of the ridiculous $35.00 I originally paid. Nice lady, but does not pay any attention to what a customer wants, even when spelled out and includes illustrations. From the start, the process felt rushed and careless and Rylie had a nasty attitude. The extensions were installed with excessive tension, improper placement, and zero concern for the health of the natural hair. Within days, my daughter experienced intense scalp pain, breakage, and noticeable hair loss. Instead of enhancing her hair, this service destroyed it. She now has uneven patches, weakened strands, and damage that will take months--if not longer--to recover from.
