Taylor Reese provides an array of services and accommodates the client's requests. Each stylist has a specific area in which they shine. The staff will assess and recommend the right professional to make your hair vision come to life. Raymond and Mouna are color geniuses. Mouna's skills are unmatched. She has been a ray of sunshine, setting a high bar for hiring staff. Raymond educates other colorists across the country. Personally, I feel the utmost gratitude, especially to Michelle. She has given me back my confidence and self-esteem with my extensions. She cares deeply for her clients. I am blown away by how often Michelle seeks opportunities to grow, learn, and evolve her skill set. She travels often to take part in courses and to hone her craft. Beyond her mad skills, she is reliable, gracious, and truly understands her clients' needs, and she immediately puts us at ease. A negative Yelp review of Michelle is just not accurate. It makes absolutely no sense. She is the consummate professional. She has a beautiful soul and leads with her whole heart. Many of Michelle's clients, including me, were given the chance to feel beautiful once again with her gorgeous extensions. There are extensions, and then there are Michelle's extensions. I often tell her that I love my "your hair". She elevates the process with the finest hair available. Her ability to color-match is genius. And the entire staff feels like family. My hair is so healthy despite changing my hair color many times. The products they use are incomparable, and make my hair shiny and soft. Every time my color dream has been achieved. Taylor Reese can do it all - I've done blonde, red, natural highlights. Fun styles with bangs, and layers - and my hair color always grows out nicely, and I can style my hair or leave it natural. I've gotten my makeup done by Fotini for dances and events and always feel flawless. And Ellen does a fabulous facial and really pays attention to my skins needs. We've been happy with our treatment and stylist, but a friend recently switched to Jasmine and said the results were better than ever. My daughter had 2 days home between summer adventures so I figured it was worth trying Jasmine. She was booked when I reached out, but then the week of let me know she had a cancellation and could take her - whoo hoo! The entire process took 4.5 hours, which is long, but crazy enough less than the 5+ hours we usually spend doing this treatment. Jasmine herself was was super friendly and confident that my daughters hair would be better than ever with this treatment. I was hopeful, but skeptical. She got to work right away with a few assistants helping with the process. When I picked up my daughter I was shocked how straight and smooth her hair was after just running a blow dryer thru it for a few minutes. My daughter was thrilled, although she hoped it would be a little wavy after braids since she doesn't like it perfectly straight. She took off for camp the next day, but the only letter I've gotten in the mail is (no joke) "my hair is totally straight." And based on the camp pictures I've been amazed by how well it took to her hair. It looks a little wavy at the ends and I'm guessing she's likely sleeping in braids to get it to curl a bit. We usually have to do this treatment every 5 months. Jasmine thought every 6-12 months, but our roots grow in so curly that I'd be shocked if we could go that long. I'm also interested in trying Jasmine for the magic sleek, but she thought other treatments would be better for my blonde (highlighted) hair like the keratin express. It's tough to please a 13 year old when it comes to hair (and other things), but I think Jasmine did it!
