I get a trim every 3 weeks to keep the shape of my style. I felt pretty confident until she picked up the scissors. She clearly does not know that there is a difference between cutting hair short and cutting short hair. She also has no business using thinning shears. I like my hair touched with them all over to give it a slightly messy look. It works for me. However, she gave me a bald spot just chopping away at one spot. I went here because I am new to the area and was looking for someone to cut my hair like my stylist in WV. When I went back to WV for a visit 3 months later. (I hadn't had a hair cut since this) My old stylist wanted to know what they did to me. She tried her best to make my butchered locks look half way back to normal. She was almost as upset as I was. Her parting advice, "Just cut it yourself". Do you know how bad it's gotta be when a stylist tells you to cut your own hair? That was September 2011. It's now April 2012 and I am still struggling with the side the bald spot was on. I have a new stylist Goldsboro . Wish I'd found her first. Could have avoided 6 months of bad hair days.
