We thought we could trust this company in our blind quest for a wig. The representative came to our home and did not take measurements (I found out later that they should have). They plopped a wig on me and I said that it was too tight. I was told that when I lost my hair after upcoming chemo that it would fit. It didn't. I paid the $600 for the wig (not knowing that a wig doesn't have to be that expensive)I requested a refund and was told that I would not be given a refund. Nor would I be able to exchange the wig. After many words they finally relented and sent me a wig that was too big! I returned the wig and again asked for a refund. Again the answer was no. I ended up wearing a scarf and was out $600 which did not help my finances I finally gave up and asked my insurance company to reimburse me. They said "no" due to the business using the wrong code! So the insurance companies do not reimburse as this company stated! It is my mission to warn people of this greedy and deceitful company. Cancer patients do not need to be wronged by this awful business!
