I typically go to the Ouidad salon in Fort Lauderdale. I was in a bind and needed a trim so I searched on the ouidad webpage for a salon that was certified by them and thankfully found this location in Jupiter. I wish I'd done this sooner because it would've saved me hours of driving. This location is so cute. I got the chance to meet one of the owners who is actually a curly girl!!! They've been open for about 2.5 years and they're really close. The other two owners are engaged. Walking in from the parking lot will take you to the barbershop; on the other side is the actual salon. I got the cut and splice (I'm sorry if I murdered that) and it was $90. Idk if they publish the barber prices but I didn't see a price list for the salon. My experience with curly cuts is that it goes off of time and not necessarily what you're getting done. I wish I could take these folks with me! It's a contemporary salon that services men and women. They offer you not only great conversation but also a beverage. I wish I would've taken picture of the establishment because it was so funky fresh and hip. I really enjoyed my time here and loved that they didn't try to force me to buy any products or additional services. I visited this Barber Shop a few times now and I really would love to 'like it' But I just can't... The whole vibe and aesthetic look, and them playing music in the background is very nice don't get me wrong. But the Barbers don't live up to the standard. After 4 attempts now this one Barber just couldn't align my beard or even just cut my hair properly. I viewed the cut in the mirror before leaving, thinking that it looks good and after I get home and my mom says, "it looks funky." These Barbers are just out of Hair Stylist School or very very amateur barbers. Instead of being a 'client' I felt like I was a mannequin where they test different styles. On top of that, the business is all cash only. Why not have a Stripe, Square or even support Paypal? HHHL is cutting more than half of their potential customers because they want to save that extra % after each sale. I get it, Jupiter is a very expensive city, but you built this location here for a reason and money is obviously not a problem. read more

Made an appointment for 12:30 with Juan online and used Apple Pay and after driving 40 minutes from Martin County he's not here!?!?! Terrible business practice. No one offered a solution just said "sorry he's not here." Not a trip that needed to be made given the gas prices Now I get to drive back with no haircut but $25 spent on gas! ‍ read more

I used to come here every two weeks. My barber was text crazy. Every minute he'd stop cutting and send a text. I gave it a few months of this and couldn't take it any longer. I understand he's a kid but this is not professional. The owner seemed to not notice or care. It's a shame because I really liked that place. read more

My search ended when I found Kiara at His and Hers hair loft. She is, without question, the first and only person who gets my hair issues and quirks and knows exactly what to do to make me look hip and stylish. The first time I ever had my hair cut and styled by her, people who had known me for years literally dropped their jaws when they saw me. I once received four separate compliments from four complete strangers in one day about my cut and style, and it's all because of Kiara. I was never the girl who people had "hair envy" of, but I feel like now I am. If you have curly hair, or any type of hair for that matter, do yourself a favor and go see Kiara! This was my first time going to this shop and would recommend any other barber shop in Palm Beach county before this place. First of all they only accept cash but they do not have any obvious signage stating that. However, they do have their own ATM in the shop that then charges you three dollars to pull the cash, so now a $25 haircut is bumped to a $28 dollar haircut before the tip. My barber victor was rough with me, scraping my head with his spacers and cutting my ear, on top of that he spent more time talking with other barbers and customers than he did cutting my hair and halfway through the haircut he decided to stop cutting my hair and start cleaning his work station. He made barely addressed me during the hair cut other than asking what i wanted done and then barely delivered. I highly recommend going anywhere other than here. read more

Love these people. Gaby is the owner of the female side and the person I followed from her days at Tipsy's. She does wonderful work on all different styles of hair. I originally went to her for up-do's but she is excellent in regards to listening and giving you what you ask for - whether it is style, color or cut. She is also great and working wi her customers time frame and needs. She is not a prima Dona in any way, which is very nice. You will love what they have done with the salon. It actually has a car coming out of the wall/ceiling as well as many different items obviously found in antique shops. Love coming here. read more

Plus she is very knowledgeable about hair. I have very thick Asian hair and my daughter has very fine hair.
