I was done in approximately 3 hours- the normal time it takes to get my hair done. No one was scheduled while my hair was being done. However I am used to most hair stylists being productive and doing a male hair cut while I am sitting reading a book. I have no problem with it. I am from out of town. I travel regularly and see many salons, styles, and attitudes. This was one of the best appointments I have ever had. Not only did I leave with gorgeous, but I left feeling refreshed, encouraged, and happy! And as far as communication- the first message was responded to. If she forgot to respond I sent a second message. Most people have extremely busy lives, and sometimes forget to return calls.
