So thankfully I left early because I still couldn't find the salon when I was using the correct address. I called back and was put on hold, I found it by myself eventually and was still on hold (10 minutes later) when I walked through the door, to find my stylist and the receptionist arguing - instead of taking my phone call. I also wouldn't have agreed to a dry cut if I'd have known I was still going to be charged $52. I was in and out of the salon in less than 20 minutes and she made $57 off me after tip. I would've taken the wash, cut, blowdry And style for that kind of money. In my opinion, unprofessional from minute one. I can't send friends there thinking they will get that same experience. And that's a shame because the salon/boutique was cute. I would've spent more money there had I enjoyed my experience. I gave an extra star because I don't hate my haircut.

I was done in approximately 3 hours- the normal time it takes to get my hair done. No one was scheduled while my hair was being done. However I am used to most hair stylists being productive and doing a male hair cut while I am sitting reading a book. I have no problem with it. I am from out of town. I travel regularly and see many salons, styles, and attitudes. This was one of the best appointments I have ever had. Not only did I leave with gorgeous, but I left feeling refreshed, encouraged, and happy! And as far as communication- the first message was responded to. If she forgot to respond I sent a second message. Most people have extremely busy lives, and sometimes forget to return calls. Even if I wasn't happy with the results she would always fix it until it was to my liking. I'm very picky and she knows I can spot an orange hair on my head a mile away lol.
