Secure building with a quaint little office with everything that's needed. Lots of plants in the windows and music in the background. A place to really relax while you're getting beautified. Not only is Lauren a great barber, but a true professional, trainer for others, and I believe even hand model. She does a great job with haircuts, waxing, even though guys don't like to talk about it, beard trims., etc. This isn't a $15 chop and walk. Lauren provides an upscale service. She does take new clients but she has a very full schedule so if you are fortunate enough to get an appointment make sure you set your future appointments before you leave.

The second time, I randomly booked someone as I couldn't remember who the woman who cut my hair the first time was. This girl had clearly just been hired, or had never touched a pair of scissors in her life because she asked me two questions before chopping my hair up awfully. I didn't return for months because of the horrible second experience, but I desperately needed a trim so I booked an appointment with one of the managers, thinking there was no way it could possibly go wrong. I showed her multiple pictures of what I wanted, but I guess she had other plans because she gave me an entirely different cut. Unless you want 1 of 2 hairstyles these people are capable of, I would look elsewhere. Gave them the benefit of the doubt (and a huge tip) but I will never return here again.

The store is often staffed by temp workers from other stores, hard to get someone regular, sometimes they are closed during normal working hours because they don't have any staff. The app is frustrating BTW and possibly one of the factors that plays into the best stylists leaving after a while from being overworked when they are scheduled. Not a great employee vibe. After his haircut my child had random long hairs around his ears and edges and it wasn't until I was examining him closely and about to say something that she said "oops, almost forgot to clean that up". She then nicked the back of his ear with the buzzer and drew blood in doing so. She then styled his hair before I reminded her that we had requested VIP and then she took him back for a wash and came back up for the rest of the MVP service. When finished, I showed her a coupon sportsclips had emailed me for $5 off an MVP and she told me it was fake and I couldn't use it, even though I've successfully used the same coupon from the same legit sender before--that's why we come in spontaneously sometimes, as is the marketing goal. This was the worst service we've had but it usually isn't great; My child may only be 8 but I am paying adult prices and I expect for him to receive the same service that any other full grown man receives when he goes in there. This is the last bad experience I'll allow, from now on I'll book him at my salon where quality and professionalism actually matters.
