She was super knowledgable of all the hair trends, and helped me find the right one for me. This was my first time coloring my hair and she helped with my nerves and choosing the right color. I was so happy with my hair cut, color and then to top it off Nicole styled it to perfection. She is talented, nice and truely cares about her customers and their experience. The studio is clean and has a comfortable and fresh vibe. I loved the style and everyone there was lively and talkative. They also played great music and I was satisfied with my hair as a whole! I had pictures ready and everything, but when I saw her, I just gave her an idea. Medium length, highlights my eyes and waves, with volume and minimal styling. GUYS. It was only $60 and considering the look of the place I thought it was gonna be so much higher. She washed my hair, cut it with absolute precision for a whole hour, made wonderful conversation, stayed past closing time to style and blow dry it, and she DESERVED that tip I gave her. Wow. I have naturally dark hair with dark root touch-ups, and at that point it was a mix of orange, brassy highlights and multiple tones. Abby Lauren and Bobby explained that I basically had 3-4 different colors in my hair -- some highlights had been toned, others hadn't. Instead of lightening it further and risking more damage, they focused on restoring my hair's health. They added some beautiful money pieces, recommended an emergency treatment, and gave me a much-needed haircut. My hair had so much breakage it looked like a little rat tail, but the cut completely transformed it! After the treatment, my hair felt thicker, stronger, and healthier. And can we talk about the vibe? The energy in the salon is amazing -- everyone is upbeat, the music is great, and you can even sip on a cocktail while you get your hair done.
