I have super curly hair and he did a great job fixing up my layers, and diffusing my hair straight with a blow dryer. My hair has never felt so soft! The olaplaex products work really good (even for ethnic hair). Very pleased with my visit! I came back a second time for a brow wax - and was very happy with how they turned out. He was consistently pressing me into purchasing the products that he sells. My hair was bleached then toned. I requested T14 Ash Blonde. He decided that Ice would be better so I agreed. After my bleaching process he decided that he was going to mix another toner in with what I requested without asking me. My hair turned out yellow and had to pay another stylist to tone my hair to the color I requested. When I messaged him about my disappointment that he chose to tone me a different color and I'd like it corrected, he told me to go to another stylist because "He couldn't make me happy" then he blocked me. Robbie is unprofessional and I will never recommend him to anyone.
