You're welcomed with the most friendly staff when you enter, and if you're aware of Hull, it's a rare thing! And within seconds someone is there to take your coat, and offer you a drink. However this is not reflected in the quality or range of services offered. The staff are all highly trained with individual specialisms and are highly talented. The service goes well beyond what you might expect from a high street hairdressers - I can not recommend them enough. They did my wifes' hair on our wedding day (although they started the evening before to make sure it was perfect) and they made her look like a princess. Perfect.
