The salon itself is easy to pass by if you don't know to look for it but once you're inside, the experience is top notch, recent upgrades would have you thinking you're in Nashville rather than Hopkinsville,KY. I had long hair down my back and I had to get all of my hair cut off because it was all falling out in clumps and completely fried! She offered my money back & then refused to give it back & called me a scammer and a liar and harassed me multiple times because I put a warning out about her on the fort Campbell Facebook pages! I have tried to get in contact with someone who works at the salon to let them know about the situation and they do not answer the phones or respond back. I don't think this salon is even a legit salon! I reported her to the BBB and they have tried to get in contact with this salon multiple times and have had no response. They are absolutely unprofessional!
