I looked at it and she had ear cutouts and my bangs were all uneven! Then she took me back to the eyebrow area asked if I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up so I said yeah. She waxed 2 little spots and I asked if it was time to tint them now and she said "Oh, we don't do that here". I told her this was where I had them done last time. She insisted they don't! When I went up front I complained that when I made the appointment I specifically said eyebrow tint. Turns out that they do but the girl didn't know! So $55 in and several complaints they asked if I wanted her to do it. She said she has never done it before! I asked if someone else could do it and they said she has to! Then the lady who checked my cut over was all snooty! I will never come back here!

Never during that call to book the appointment did she and i speak to each other. I only spoke to her daughter. Turned out she was working on a customer right next to the station i was at, heard my entire conversation with the stylist i had been booked with and never said a word. If she hadn't tried to gaslight me, i wouldn't be writing this review.

She started messaging…read morethe Bride a week before about not having an assistant and telling the bride to expect less services to be provided. As a cosmetologist who was hired for hair I assured the bride that any professional make up artist should be able to provide 5 make up applications in 4 1/2 hours without an assistant. Monday of wedding week (wedding was a Friday) Kelsey messaged that she wouldn't be able to make it to do make up for the wedding. Upon finding out I asked the bride if she was able to get her deposit back and gift card that was purchased for wedding day. Deposit was returned but the gift card was non refundable. (I completely understand on a normal day, that gift cards are nonrefundable, however, when the bride is gifted a $400 gift card for wedding day services and the stylist backs out I think an exception to make things right should of taken place.) In 15 years of working weddings I've never come across such an unprofessional business, such an unorganized busines, and also a very non empathetic business who left the bride scrambling for make up 4 days before her wedding. Even in an emergency a full refund of deposit and gift card for such a big event should of been issued and the fact that she didn't find a replacement is completely mind boggling. I'd steer clear of any important event when hiring Artistry by Kelsey unless you're looking for disappointment.

I went in, my first time there, to get my hair cut and add some color to hide the grey. I loved it all and Brieanne C is awesome at what she does. What impressed me even more is the feeling you get by being there. It's like going and visiting with a good friend who just happens to be doing your hair. Your her top priority and she has all the time in the world to make sure you are happy with all she does. You don't feel like your on an assembly line being rushed through a not so great experience. I will be making this place and Brieanne C my only option! read more

The ladies at Hair Teasers know their stuff! The salon is clean, the stylists are not only experienced but personable as well. You can tell that they like each other and love their jobs. If I can't get in to see my regular gal I have no problem going to any of the others for backup. They have a good selection of hair products to choose from and also have awesome Miche purses, scarves, and cute jewelry for sale there. read more

I mean they really went above and beyond... they helped me look in dumpsters and trash, they helped me call and report it and talk to mall maintenance.. they gave me ideas and helped calm me down ... they hugged me! they took time out of their day and their income to help someone they didn't even know... I never got my wallet back but meeting these ladies made the experience easier to handle, and maybe a sign that this community has some amazing people in it! so if you haven't got your hair done by these beautiful souls, please at least bring them coffee or give them a hug! This is definitely a place I would go to for business!

It looked nice from the front. But my hair was soaking wet when I left from how much water she sprayed on my hair. She didn't even dry it after! And the worst part is, she wasnt even the one supposed to be doing my hair! She said "oops, wrong person, oh well we can just switch clients" Without even asking me if I wanted the original stylist to do my hair. She asked if i wanted a fade. I thought it'd look nice. Ohhhhh boy was I wrong. It's all choppy and is in no way a fade. I will not be going to the fringe salon anymore. Was it a cheap haircut? Yes. But last time I went it was good. Haircut was super choppy, short pieces and long pieces. Did not turn out like layers at all. Was given orange highlights just at the top of my head and dark brown everywhere else that turned out patchy throughout my hair. When I tried texting my stylist, she wasn't able to get me in to fix it until a WEEK later. I was so embarrassed to go into public, I had to just dye the highlights myself. My stylist ghosted me in the end.

When I would sit down, I had pain. When I stood up, I had pain. It was especially painful in the morning. I was impressed with the initial assessment that Jamie did. She did a thorough examination and asked me lots of questions. She took the time to test movements. She then worked on me. Even after the first session, I felt so much better and had immediate pain relief. After the second session, it was gone. Entirely gone. I was able to return to Tae Kwon Do and went on to pass my rank test for the next belt. Jamie is professional, thorough, compassionate, efficient and gentle in her effective treatments. I would highly recommend her.
