I looked at it and she had ear cutouts and my bangs were all uneven! Then she took me back to the eyebrow area asked if I wanted my eyebrows cleaned up so I said yeah. She waxed 2 little spots and I asked if it was time to tint them now and she said "Oh, we don't do that here". I told her this was where I had them done last time. She insisted they don't! When I went up front I complained that when I made the appointment I specifically said eyebrow tint. Turns out that they do but the girl didn't know! So $55 in and several complaints they asked if I wanted her to do it. She said she has never done it before! I asked if someone else could do it and they said she has to! Then the lady who checked my cut over was all snooty! I will never come back here!

I mean they really went above and beyond... they helped me look in dumpsters and trash, they helped me call and report it and talk to mall maintenance.. they gave me ideas and helped calm me down ... they hugged me! they took time out of their day and their income to help someone they didn't even know... I never got my wallet back but meeting these ladies made the experience easier to handle, and maybe a sign that this community has some amazing people in it! so if you haven't got your hair done by these beautiful souls, please at least bring them coffee or give them a hug! She immediately started clipping and took way too much off. I hate it. Fortunately, the other stylist Megan, was willing to try to make things right. She took the time to actually listen during a consult and attempted to fix it. I still hate it, but I hate it a little less now. I will have to wait for it to grow out more to do anything with but if anyone does decide to come here, make sure you book with Megan.
