My sister and her friend visited this establishment a few days ago. Connie did both of their hair at the same time. For one she was very rude, two she was very rough, kept snatching hair and leaving the blow dryer in one spot for a long time causing it to burn, they came in wanting blonde. They came out with orange hair with brown roots. One of their hairs is not cut straight and when she was told to stop cutting she cut more and this is after she not even asking what she wanted. Then charged $150 each plus asked for a tip. I seen their other reviews on Connie and they responded "be nice to your elders". Sorry but if your elder can't do hair right then maybe she should seek another profession. People deserve to have what they want and get their moneys worth. read more

The only reason I gave a star at all is bc I had to so that I can leave a review. I can't and won't speak on all of the stylists in the shop but if you're a male and have straight hair, do not go to the heavier set white girl with red hair. I should've known since she was I. the first chair, but hindsight is always 20/20. I'm retired Army so I was specific with what I wanted and she even repeated it back to me. I'm walking closer to Christ, so I didn't use foul language. needless to say, it was the complete opposite and then I had to hear how it was exactly what I wanted. i went here once for a haircut and once for highlights. i wasn't very happy with the haircut because it was uneven, poorly done, and not really what i asked for. i didn't really want to go back, but i was short on time and this was the closest place. i asked the lady to make my hair as light as she possibly could and i said i wanted cooler tones. i left with orange spots in my hair. i'm a natural blonde so i don't even know how she managed that, but it looked awful after i washed my hair. and the price was literally crazy. i'm not a karen, i have literally never wrote a review in my life, but i just think people should know that this place is not worth the money. at all. i literally left crying twice. read more
