I arrived with a minute to spare. Parking in the rear is a huge help. The building is a house on the end of a residential neighborhood. There are products for sale on every level. The service was helpful enough & I was asked if I wanted a beverage, and had a hot green tea in a paper cup, not fancy but it's hot tea and good enough. It was on Friday afternoon at 2:00. The place was packed and mostly middle aged and older women clients, but plenty of 20-30-something clients also to keep it mixed up. I saw a truly great looking older woman hair cut & style go out the door. Paul listened to me & looked at the couple of photos I showed him, and he did exactly what I wanted, to perfection. It kinda took my breath away how effortlessly he did it. I have several cowlicks, and lots of fine wavy hair that isn't doing as well in a long style as when I was younger (I'm in my mid-50's). Paul did a style that was as "precise" and stylish as a couple of top-rated stylists I saw who were rated in the "Best Of" in Dallas and Kansas City. He took out bulk, make the hairline tight around my ears, kept the back hairline from looking too severe, and had the bangs _exactly_ like the photo and my description. He gave his thoughts on my current color & highlights. I usually look for L'Oreal Professional hair color, but might try the brand they use there (I'm going to keep going to him, and if he keeps doing the same quality of work, I'll always have a good hair day.
