From the start, Becca handled my hair very roughly, constantly pulling it while detangling. The scalp "massage" was done with her nails and felt painful, not relaxing at all. Everything was rushed and uncomfortable. The blow-dry was just as bad--she mostly used her hands, and the brush she did use was old and kept pulling my hair. I left with my hair still damp and extremely disappointed. This was supposed to be a special birthday treat, but it was simply terrible. I do not recommend this service. He says but the sign says your open until 6pm , the employee says yeah, but we are closing at 5pm and just locks the door, and 2 other cars were turned away because my husband said they were closed and today Is April 1st 2023, someone should look into this and see who closed this day, we drove 45 minutes just for nothing.
