I was appalled. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with these kinds of places. I'm still in shock about how this was handled. I'll never not be taken back at how ridiculous girls can be to others, for no reason at all. Below are screenshots of messages (I sent in blue) between the owner and I. Im sure you can get decent hair done here, sure. Everyone I saw leaving there seemed to be happy with their outcome, but I hope this gives you an idea in what kind of girls (not women) you're dealing with at this place. Just be smarter than I was, they're pricey and sneaky. Definitely not the kind of place you go to if you're looking for guidance or help. They'll just take advantage and post about you when you complain about being taken advantage of. You will Definitely get the "fake nice /mean girl" vibe from most of the girls here. I'll be honest I'm not too familiar with the hair salon world but this whole thing felt so wrong. And turns out others agreed. I'd lastly like to add that I didn't appreciate the slightly threatening and aggressive messages following my Facebook post. After the disagreement I began getting messages from her fellow hair workers telling me how ridiculous I was and how I need to "take my cheap ass back to super cuts" and such, although I paid in full, tipped, and bought a bottle of their overly priced shampoo and conditioner. But yeah, I'm still "cheap" according to them. super cool girls, like I mentioned. This would be the 3rd issue I've had trying to support a local beauty " professional " in this high desert area. Maybe it's me, and I'm the problem. Or maybe a lot of these girls are just a-holes and I let them know. Who knows, regardless, Do not wrong, take no shit. End of story.

I have thick hair, but did not think it was necessary to take two hours, and constantly comment on the amount of it. She originally said it would be $35, but the price kept going up. I had shoulder length hair going in, and I ended up paying $60, excluding the tip. Recently, I wanted wispy bangs so I decided to go to Earl Knight because it is local. I made an appointment the day before for 12:15pm. I got there the next day 10 minutes early and wasn't even acknowledged by the hairstylist (Kaytlyn). I sat down and observed the haircut she was performing. As she was cutting hair, she took multiple personal phone calls, which in my opinion was very unprofessional. Not to mention her foul mouth and attitude toward those she was talking about. Finally at 12;45 I asked Tori if she had any openings for a bang trim because I recognized a Dad and His two sons had an appointment at 12:30 and I did not want to keep them waiting longer than had. Tori told me that she did not have openings and once again restated that I had such thick hair, bangs would look like a mullet on me. It's really not that thick at all. Kaytlyn overheard our conversation and asked what I was saying. After she was told that I had a bang trim at 12:15 and reminded that it was nearly 1:00, she turned to me and told me that she has three haircuts ahead of me after the fade she was already working on. When I asked what time the haircuts were scheduled for, she told me "12:30 but they are a walk in" I then said "oh okay, well mine was at 12:15." The Dad then started that his appointment was scheduled ahead of time and was after me. Kaytlyn ignored him and told me that she was going to finish the haircut she was doing and then start on the boys and then get to me. Are you serious?! She proceeded to tell me that I can stay and wait or go get lunch or Starbucks and then come back for my cut when she was ready. By now it was past 1pm and I did not have any desire to get my haircut when it worked for her. it was $15 trim and she pushed me aside to get to the customers who were paying more. I walked out and did not say anything else, but I definitely will not be going there again. Sad because it is so hard to find a shop around the tri area

Luckily I have some photographic proof of some of hair cuts and colors she's given me. I make the drive up to the boonies of Hesperia to get my hair done from Upland and it's worth the drive to work in her private space. She also went out of her way to come to me when I was a few months postpartum, to help me feel more like myself after having a baby. If you're looking for excellent work you can trust Heidi with your hair. Looking at all the photos, I had no idea how often I went 360 with my changes . She's a trooper haha

When I want to change my look all I have to do is bring in a picture and she's excellent about matching it. She is great with color and I always get compliments on my hair color and how it looks so natural. I have moved out of the area and still drive an hour to have Liz do my hair. I work many long hours and when I get a break in my schedule she always accommodates me. I highly recommend her!
