It's minimally decorated and has everything needed for your hair styling needs. In the end I had to settle for getting the tip money back as she was not understanding how what she did was improper and basically scamming. After she even admitted to her lack of professionalism by not telling me it could not be don This was extremely weird because I paid $270 for something I didn't even want nor is remotely close to what I asked for. I have thick, frizzy hair that's hard to manage and tends to get heavy and poofy at the bottom. Joanne worked her magic and gave me a cut that lets me have a shoulder-length style without it flipping out awkwardly throughout the day.
