My hair just looked sadder and sadder with each attempt. I thought I was doomed to box color to hide the grays, and cut my own hair in my bathroom. Then one day while I was at work, I met a really kind woman who also happened to have incredible hair. I had to know the hair genius who crafted her hairstyle, for my hair was still crying. This incredibly kind woman not only gave me the name of this hair genius-She took us out to brunch so we could finally meet! Aubree has truly been an answer to my prayers! Not only is she anointed for hair miracles, which was also a much needed catalyst for the major upward spiral that took place in my life after God worked through her to help me regain my confidence to look and feel like a better version of myself again (the hair has never looked better)- she is also genuinely kind, trustworthy, brilliant, amazing, respectable and inspiring woman who I am blessed to call a friend. When they closed I asked where she was headed next and followed her here, to her own place! It's super easy to get to, right on Main Street across from the Market. It's in a small room off to the side of the hair salon, it's perfect for one person at a time. There is a seat inside and one outside to wait. No issue really since you should totally just make an appointment with her ahead of time so you won't need to wait when you get there anyway. Shannon does mostly men cuts so far as I know, though I know she does cuts for women too. The reason I go to her is I like someone who knows how to do great fades and understands the difference between a 1 and a 1 1/2. I don't have a ton of hair but I like it well taken care of. Shannon does an epic job. She also offer beard trims and shaves. While I do not get shaved, I do maintain a beard and always book a beard trim after my haircut so I can get it all cleaned up. Shannon has a great hand with a straight razor and I always leave happy and with a great haircut. I would 100% recommend you give her a shot if you're looking for a great barber, shave, and fine detail work.

He's in his 80's and still doing a superb job. He's so fun to talk with as well. Big Dodger fan and it's great to talk old LA history with him. It's not a super fast cut. But he gives you his time and attention to make sure you are well taken care of. He's been cutting my hair for 10-12 years and I have been very impressed with his skill and wonderful demeanor. Hoping he'll hang in there for years to come.
