I've heard great things so I was excited for the day of my appointment. The parking lot is small but it has plenty of parking so no need to worry there. Joy greeted me as soon as I walked in. since my first review, i have been coming here for haircuts every so often and had great…read moreexperiences with all of them. i really appreciate that i can book appointments through their website and communicate over email as i HATE phone calls. shelly is an absolute doll and is very accommodating and helps problem solve so you get the best services for your wants/needs. the past 1.5 years i have been getting my hair cut with camille. she always does a lovely lived-in shag cut which grows out beautifully. even 6 months after getting a cut i have people complimenting my hair. i also recently incorporated dye with zoe (shelly's rec for the style i wanted). shelly organized my cut and dye appointments seamlessly. i am a go with the flow kind of person when it comes to my hair, so i gave zoe a lot of freedom with the dye and the end result was exactly what i wanted (probably better than the reference photos honestly). everyone i have interacted with at crafted have been really friendly and personable and i feel very comfortable in the space. also the music is great. as long as i live within a reasonable amount of distance from crafted i will probably continue to get my hair done here.

Also got a manicure by Ashley, and it was just adorable with multiple accent nails and custom designs. I messed it up by mistake and she fixed it without complaint.
