Also a huge fan of the stretch and dry needling. Stretch therapy by a licensed professional (not the barely-trained staff the local stretch places use) is AMAZING. Dry needling for those knots that just won't let go, have made a huge increase in my quality of life. I had ongoing neck pain and am finally feeling true relief.

Got an appt for the very next morning (my panic attack happened at 830 pm). Well I got there for my 945 appt. Parked the car (there's a parking lot in the rear...which I find is a huge plus!). I came into the beautifully furnished front area and the woman behind the desk was very apologetic. There was a snafu with the booking system...my tech wouldn't be able to start until 10. 15 mins? That's what she's apologizing for?? But everyone is so lovely. She asked if she could have Caroline(?) give me a hand massage while I wait. What?? Please forgive me if I got the name wrong. Then enter Beti. Who is...it cannot be overstated...amazing. She is delightful, funny & does an incredible job. I totally lucked out as I didn't know who you were pick nor did I have an option since I'm "Last Minute Laney". I could not be happier & seriously considering changing my profile pic to a pic of my feet! Haha. Every single person I interacted with or simply saw was happy and kind.
