It's not the best way to get acquainted with a service provider but having them respond and after working with their technician it was a pleasurable experience. This roadside service truck was onsite within an hour equipped and ready to get to work on my tire issue. These guys understand the stress that can be associated with a breakdown along the highway, fortunately my issues occurred just before exit 125 as I traveled across interstate 26 in South Caroline and I was able to safely pull into a Roadie's Truck Stop, unfortunately there were no services available at this truck stop to address my issue but it did provide a safe harbor while I waited on the roadside service. After accessing the situation the technician went to work he also brought with him a tire that fit my RV just in case one would be required of course my roadside assistance program requires I purchase a tire upfront but I was refunded the cost once it was determined it wasn't needed to get me back on the road this is part of the program since these large tires aren't always readily available. The technician evaluated the tire and found that my tire was good but my tire monitor device had failed and was the culprit of the tire losing all its air, as disappointing as this was I was glad he discovered this and now the issue has me rethinking my monitoring system but this is an issue I will address with the manufacture. I also have since ordered a unmounted spare tire that is an exact match to what I have on the ground (Michelin 275/80 R22.5 X LineEnergy) its nice to know the tire supplied would match the size but it's likely to be a different brand of tire and can cost up to $800 each and also prolong the dispatch time since they have to locate a tire, so hopefully if I need roadside help in the future my spare will make the event less stressful and shorten the downtime. I am very thankful for the service I received from Four Holes Sales & Service - their technician worked hard to quickly get me back on the road without having to purchase something I didn't need and was very friendly and professional their services provides a real peace of mind...

Yet, the trunk lift fell on my head and shoulder recently with my Toyato Prius that I bought from Davis Toyota of Orangeburg. Their attitude was rude, especially from the service manager at this Davis Toyota Orangeburg. Customers have choices to buy cars from different dealers. So we suggest not buying cars from this dealer as their service is the worst after you bought the cars from them. P.S.: see the attached photo - I have kept well maintenance of my car doing annual car service with this dealer each year paying more than going to other places.

After my initial email at 1900 (7:00 p.m.) on Friday to Assertive PDR, I had a response within 10 minutes. By Monday, I had my wife's BMW M3 dropped off at his shop, and by Tuesday, it was fixed. Bubba, as he prefers to be called, explained to me the process of removing the dents from the aluminum hood and is extremely honest and up front about cost. He told me if he couldn't fix it, he wouldn't charge me a dime. Additional, my wife pointed out a scratch that was completely unrelated, and Bubba was able to do some light clear coat sanding which virtually made the entire scratch disappear. The best part...he didn't charge me extra for this! Bubba is an Army Vet with over 20 of experience in the automotive repair industry. He's polite and willing to have a nice conversation if you're down for it. I think I hung around for about and hour and we talked about grilling and car stuff.
