I'm mad at myself because I can't remember the owner's name cause he was an excellent host. The hookah flavor pieces where much better than the ones here in Baltimore & the hookahs hit much better too. The settings of the place is just perfect you're giving the option of outside, upstairs, or a basement area with the outside giving you a beautiful view of Paris.
