They are quite good for the price, and apparently they also have an OK choice of beer for 4-6€ a pint. As for the place itself: it's young, laid-back (babyfoot alert!), quite loud, not at all hipster. You can stay forever with your friends and nobody will try to come and force you into buying another drink. Oh, and when you begin to be angry, they have some snacks, tapas-like, at around €5 each - I didn't try them, but I saw several people ordering them, so they have to be at least OK!

It's a genuine Irish pub insofar as it is owned by the one and only Peter Brady (ok, not the one and only, we've all seen the Brady Bunch), but this Peter is a real, live Irishman. Beer, liquor, even wine is served here. I've been told their food is good although I've rarely been in early enough to eat it. They have stacks of used books for your perusal along the back wall, and many games including the French Trivial Pursuit which has mercilessly stolen my pride on more than one occasion.

It was tucked in the corner, construction everywhere, we asked around n no one knew about it! and it really took effort to find this bar. Glad I did! There was a piano singer the night we went. The champagne is good, the music was in English, not too loud that you can carry in a conversation.
