Wonderful local market offering great value on fresh foods and an excellent coffee shop. Few tourists. First floor is the highlight, and has fresh produce, fresh flowers, fresh meat, a great bakery and a wonderful coffee shop, and a "milk bar". Second floor has small shops selling clothing, cards, shoe repair services, and more. The flower shops are fascinating just to see, given the large size of many of the arrangements as well as the range of materials used in them. Many of the vendors speak Polish and German, but fewer speak English; nonetheless, most were kind and were happy to sell to us despite our lack of Polish. Most places accepted credit card. read more
Classic Polish farmers market except my husband said a lot of the cold cuts and things are a bit overpriced. Probably cause of the really good quality. Def something to visit when sightseeing. read more
Cool fresh market in a 100 year old building. You can find food, household goods, flowers, specialty goods, and also drink stands. We tried the fresh juice stand soki (in the middle) and it was excellent! Fresh pressed juices in many flavours - 550ml for 18 pln! Our guide informed us of a coffee stand where the owner won the 2016 Aeropress World Championship. We of course tried it but were disappointed. It tasted very sour so we asked the barista. This was characteristic to African Coffees (we had an Ethiopian and a Kenyan). The barista took it with good grace that we were not fans but the stand still seems to be hoppin so we assume that it was just our tastebuds :). read more
Lovely food hall with produce vendors, sweets sellers, fresh flowers (and some silk arrangements), interesting poi ted arching architecture. Beautiful exteruor. Very near Oder River (pretty much along it) and by nice old tow sights and museums, parks, boating options. The halva stand was a highlight. Try the one with bits of candied orange. read more
