Our journey has come to a end and I must say Thank you…read more In January of 2016 I was involved in a traumatic car accident. My fiancés Grandmother recommended Greenberg&Bederman,LLC.After contacting the firm a gentleman met with me promptly to go over details ask questions and sign paperwork.I,spoke with Mr.Bederman numerous times and his general concern was my health. The firm did an excellent job updating me via telephone and email.Every question I had they answered. It was a few times I was a bit confused but,I had to come to understanding that Mr.Bederman has been doing this for as many years as I have under my buckle.I had to respect his credentials.I think that's what people need to understand there are NO fast settlements, things of this nature IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT TAKE TIME.I had to really come to grips with that.Andy's general concern is his clients health.Andy does talk fast but,you have to understand your NOT his only case at any time you fail to understand he will schedule a meeting and go over anything your missing respectfully. So YES I would recommend the Firm. Once you reach a certain step depending on your case you might talk with a lady by the name of Adrienne Kerwood.I only spoke with her roughly 5 times before she settled my case. The firm agreed that my case was worth way more then I settled for,and encouraged me to go to trail.Due to circumstances on my end I was unable to go after the higher pay out.Ms.Kerwood gives you her office number and personal cell incase you have any questions. Her emails outline any possible questions you have. She too was great and any infractions you may have she genuinely apologizes immediately. Lastly when it's time to accept your settlement depending on your case a gentleman will contact you I forget his name but his word is his bond he gets back to you in a timely manner. The staff is excellent including the young lady at the front desk. Thank you so much for dealing with my abundant emails and numerous questions.

I needed someone would help with my fall injury onto a sidewalk by Ledo's in Dunkirk, Md. on…read moreTues12May2026. Mr.K.Escobar took the info concerning my fall. I emailed him photos of my injury & location that permitted the accident. All that I wanted was for my broken glasses fixed & to prevent this from happening to another person who may have a more tragic outcome. Attorney Michael Jones gave me the news today that my case was not strong enough for them to win, and was sorry that they would not be willing to help. My wrist, cheekbone and nose still hurt two weeks later, but this rejection hurts more.

I cannot endorse this firm…read more My consultation with Kimberly Caspari initially instilled confidence in her expertise. As the personal representative for my brother's estate, I am managing a property sold to his Homeowners Association (HOA). Ms. Caspari indicated familiarity with both the HOA and its legal counsel, citing a successful litigation against them in the preceding year. Based on this representation, I remitted the requested retainer to Montero Law Group. Subsequently, Ms. Montero advised an additional deposit to cover estimated property taxes and attorney fees. Ms. Caspari asserted that the HOA's attorney had a professional obligation to disclose the precise amount due. I specifically inquired whether my deposit would be refunded if the court's decision was unfavorable. I emphasized that these were personal funds, distinct from the estate, and that Ms. Caspari was aware I was utilizing my own resources to secure this property for my brother's grandson, his next of kin. She confirmed the funds would be returned. Consequently, I deposited the requested amount with Montero Law Group. Subsequently, Ms. Caspari informed me of an unfavorable court ruling. When I sought clarification, she stated the deposited amount was insufficient but did not advise on the required sum. Presently, Ms. Caspari has communicated the judge's decision not to return my deposit, without providing a specific explanation. She suggested engaging my estate attorney to ascertain the reasons for the non-reimbursement of my funds. I remain without clear guidance or resolution, having invested a substantial amount of personal funds with Montero Law Group. I do not recommend retaining this firm.
