I had no reservations about paying ahead of time since he had done work for me three years prior to this. I ordered it one week ahead of the storm so my large plant collection would not be sunburned in case we lost the top of the cage. He never delivered it and claimed it was not in stock. I later discovered from another contractor that was a lie. As weeks and months ensued, I requested a refund for my money that he had apparently simply pocketed. He began to ignore all my requests and communication via phone, email and FB messaging. Now, I will have to file a small claims court complaint to hope to get any kind of restitution. Don't become a victim like I did, this guy is a deceptive THIEF!

It being a small job, most companies will put you on the back burner. The person who took my initial order made a small mistake that caused confusion on my part. The project was much more involved that I thought. Once the owner of Nova found out, she was on the phone with me immediately and took care of the issue. She explained what happened, apologized, and had her guys out to my house the next business day. Not only did she thoroughly communicate, but the install that was supposed to take 3 days, was done same day and within 3 hours. Her crew was beyond professional, and the work absolutely top notch! After remodeling two new homes in SW Florida, this is a VERY rare occurrence. The amount of incompetent business owners who have no idea how to run a company, do substandard work, and then take no responsibility for their mistakes are numerous in my experience. I can't say how impressed I am with Nova. Hands-on owner, who stands behind their work, and is very honest. I really can't say enough about my interaction with this company. They have without a doubt earner my future business!!!!!!!

It's not typical for a sink to detach from countertops under normal circumstances as our single bowl sinks support a large amount of pots and pans. We do offer 1 year warranty, however it has been almost 2 years. We have a lifetime care and maintenance package with discounted costs for repeated clients (prices previously given). During our service, we will not only inspect the cause of your sink issue but correct the problem and reinforce it, and extend our warranty for another year from the day we do the service.
