Well here's the update to the LACK of Customer Service from this company. After they let my…read morepermit expire and I had these notices taped to my garage door I contacted them and they didn't seem to care. They did have the permit extended for another year (this was over a month ago, April 6th 2026). They came out and took pictures on April 9th. I figured after more than a month they would have Finally completed my installation (not complete until the paperwork is done). I have emailed and called but no one answers. If you use this company (I do not suggest you do), but if you do hold the last payment until they complete all the work & paperwork. Horrible customer service!

horrible company . im a architect builder for 40 years i…read morebuilt brand new home best of everything tight spray foam attic . 2000 sq foot in south florida they sixed it with a 2 ton carrier unit . about 1 ton short . attic has heavy humidity levels starting growing mold on trusses . new unit was installed wrong in attic with the drain pan pitching the wrong way causing pan to hold water ,huge humidity issues 2 coils had to be replaced at my cost . they came up with every excuse imaginable after i had 3 other qualified companies tell me unit was grossly undersized by 1 ton they have no service people and this cost me thousands and they declined to even come out and paid for nothing the undersized unit cant keeo up in the summer causing me a nightmare every time temps get above 90 degrees threatened them with a lawsuit nothing worked . eventually i had to shell out 12,000 for a whole new 3 ton system and new ductwork whick was all moldy all in a brand new home totally ridiculous stay away from this company richard sommerville las brisas development company architect builder
