I did as requested, but no response came. We followed up with additional emails, and then another call when I was told that Calvin was very busy but would get back to me. Two months later, and I haven't heard back from them. Would I love to hire them? Yes. Would I pay them to do the jobs we need? Yes! Will they ever get back to me? We shall see...

Our home is well over a century old - not a straight wall or level floor in the place. After removing all to be replaced, he was able to straighten those walls and fix the floor, prep and paint, install all new cabinetry, hang two new doors where bi-folds had been and created an exterior vent for the new over-the-stove microwave unit. When Darrell ran into unexpected issues (because, old house), he consulted with us to troubleshoot possible approaches to fixes and, when we arrived at a best approach, that's the action he took - all to our satisfaction. And that's at the core of what we loved about working with Darrell; he's not happy unless we were happy with his work, not satisfied until we were satisfied. He routinely checked in with us throughout his process to make sure he was meeting this goal. He spent more time with me explaining his process than the other estimators I met. Once I ordered the charger we set a preliminary date for the day after it arrived. MK showed up when promised and was here under 3 hours. The install looks great! Very minimal intrusion or visibility as he has to run the wire from my basement to the garage. The area was cleaned up like new and the drywall looked great, which is something the other estimates I got did not include.
