I called them and didn't actually get to talk to the handyman person; instead, I talked to his assistant (who acted like an intermediary). He stressed that the repairman (Calvin I think was his name) was busy through at least a couple of weeks but that I should text some pictures of what we wanted done to a certain number and he would get back to us. I did as requested, but no response came. We followed up with additional emails, and then another call when I was told that Calvin was very busy but would get back to me. Two months later, and I haven't heard back from them. Would I love to hire them? Yes. Would I pay them to do the jobs we need? Yes! Will they ever get back to me? We shall see... read more

Reliable, trustworthy and personable. I have a very old house (3 rental units) that with every repair comes a handful of surprises. This visit was for a suddenly tilting toilet. Calvin went out of his way to make the arrangement for a plumber's assist on this project to reset the toilet. While the team was here, they found a hiding issue inside the walls that will be repaired a month from now so I can make arrangements with my tenants. Amazing service. We had a rotted piece of fascia board that birds had made their home in. I couldn't get bigger companies to even give me a quote. Calvin saved us money by replacing the part of the board without having to remove the whole section. It looks great, and the birds haven't been back. He was professional and honest. Since then, we've had him replace two sinks and fix a leak caused by a plumber.
