On an obviously very busy Friday afternoon. I was informed that it may take until the next Wednesday before the car could be assessed. By the next Wednesday, the car had been assessed (I suspect an engineer stayed late for this), the sizable part had been ordered, received and fitted. Communication was excellent,staring on Monday morning.I collected the car that afternoon, it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I'd been using the car as a mobile skip as attics, sheds and gardens needed to be cleared out prior to moving house, so the vehicle was in bit of a state. Some moss was growing in places. The staff were very polite and efficient and the job was carried out promptly as arranged. Their technical knowledge appeared first class, and the member of staff explained things to me in a clear and understandable way. I made a 2nd visit today to have my wheel alignment "checked", this visit also went smoothly. It is such a refreshing change to deal with such an efficient company, and I will certainly be using this branch in the future, and naturally recommend them to friends and colleagues. I'm really angry about my recent experience at the HANLEY-STOKE branch as they damaged my vehicle…read moreand I now have to pay an additional £150-£250 at a main dealer to have the damage repaired! I took my vehicle to this branch for new front pads and new front tyres (fitted by Afsar Ali) but as soon as I left the branch I noticed the service light flickering on and off. I had an urgent job to get to that day so I couldn't go back straight away and I then didn't use the vehicle again for another 5 days. The next time I drove the vehicle the service light started flickering again and I also noticed that the brakes were squealing quite badly too so I contacted the manager who advised that brake noise is common with new pads and I should drive the vehicle and allow time for the pads to settle in. The noise got worse and worse over the next few weeks and the flickering service light became permanent with a "check brake wear" alert on the dash panel so I took the vehicle back for another inspection as soon as Xmas/New year was over. I was then told (and shown) that the ABS brake sensor wire had been torn out of the brake sensor socket but nobody at the branch could fix it and they couldn't get the parts either. When I asked how this could've happened I was given a series of ridiculous answers from the duty manager (Afsar Ali) because he didn't want to admit that it was him or one of the other mechanics that caused the damage when they changed the pads a few weeks earlier. The wire wasn't torn out when the vehicle was first taken into the branch as they would've noticed it and mentioned it if it was, and the "flickering service light" and "brake warning" issues only started immediately after the pads were changed so it doesn't take a genius to figure out that the damage was caused by the mechanic that performed the work. There's no way that I can prove the damage was caused in the branch but they know it as well as I do. Thanks for giving me a great start to 2018 Afsar Ali. Shame you're not man enough to admit your mistakes and I hope karma catches up with you one day!

Went there to get a slow puncture fixed, had my 3 yr old with me, was told it would take around 20…read moremins (they were very busy) so was informed of a fish shop across the road to entertain my son. This was a great place to take him and he loved it. Car took quite a bit longer than expected which was a little annoying but not the end of the world, especially as my son was loving the fish so much but when I went to collect the car they apologised for the delay and did the work for free, I didn't even complain. I have used kwik fit before (elsewhere) and have been let down every time, this time however I was very impressed and will deff return when I require new tires.

I can't recommend them enough, always super friendly and have never made me feel inadequate or silly because my knowledge of cars is mixed (I bought my last car without even looking under the bonnet). Over the last few years we've had all sorts of jobs done, all at a reasonable price, fast and reliable. I still drive over from Birmingham to take my car here because I am so happy with them!
